Scheduling Policies:
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancelling appointments.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment.
No-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the treatment scheduled. Your scheduled appointment is booked for you and only you, our Aestheticians cannot fill no-show appointments, so we ask our clients to have consideration for their waxer!
When Scheduling your first appointment or appointments over $100, we require a credit card number to hold your appointment. We do not charge it or keep it on file, this is only for the purpose of our no-show/ last minute cancellation policies (see below).
Scheduling Considerations:
OC Waxing is a busy waxing specialty salon and we strive to get you the appointment times you desire. We always appreciate our clients booking ahead so we can guarantee you get waxed when you need to be! To ensure your monthly bikini waxing discount (see below), pre-book your appointments to make it easier for you to remember your waxing and to make it a priority.
We ask that our female clients take their menstrual cycle into consideration before booking their bikini waxing appointments. We ask this because OC Waxing’s Aestheticians will wax all female clients who are on their period, therefore we do not consider this a reason for last minute cancellations. If you do not want to get waxed on your period, please consider your cycle and schedule your appointment accordingly. Don’t forget your tampon!
Late appointments:
We make every consideration to accommodate our clients if they are late. Please keep in mind that we book appointments in 15-30 minute increments, therefore we usually cannot accommodate our clients that are over 5 minutes late. We understand things happen like traffic, kids, jobs and life, but please allow ample time to make your appointment time.
Bikini Waxing Price Protocol:
All Brazilian and Playboy bikini waxing appointments will receive a $10 discount for return visits ONLY if they are conducted on or before the same calendar date as the previous appointment (ie: June 15th appointment means you must get waxed by July 15th). New client Playboy and Brazilian waxes will be full price for your first visit. Please ensure your return visit is completed ON or BEFORE the calendar date of your last appointment so our system is able to recognize your dicount!
Bikini appointments that are rescheduled after no-shows will not receive our $10 return discount.
Bikini “touch-up” appointments are considered “touch-ups” only if they are within 2 weeks of your last waxing appointment (14 days).
